Getting Started

Set up your LifeOS in 10 minutes. Notion template, Telegram pairing, and first agent.

Overview

What is LifeOS?

LifeOS is a sovereign personal operating system that integrates your life data across five layers — Identity, Relationships, Work, Health, and Finances — into a unified dashboard powered by AI agents. It uses Notion as its source of truth, Telegram as its mobile interface, and a fleet of specialized agents to help you plan, reflect, and grow.

Setup Steps

1. Duplicate the Notion Template

Start by duplicating the LifeOS Notion template into your workspace. This template contains the 5-layer structure, 9-currency trackers, and agent configuration databases pre-configured and ready to sync.

You'll find everything pre-wired: layer trackers, currency dashboards, and agent databases.

2. Install & Connect

Deploy the LifeOS backend — either locally via Docker or to Cloudflare Workers. Run the setup wizard to connect your Notion workspace and generate your secure API keys.

Choose Docker for local development or Cloudflare for production. The wizard handles all configuration.

3. Pair with Telegram

Connect your Telegram account to receive daily briefings, agent alerts, and send quick-capture commands. The bot serves as your primary mobile interface.

Send /start to the LifeOS bot, then use the pairing code from the dashboard.

4. Configure Your First Agent

Navigate to the Agent Configuration page and set up your first agent — start with the CEO agent for daily planning, then expand to your psychologist, project manager, and relationship manager.

Each agent has a configurable role prompt, notification schedule, and data access scope.
